At Valencia Palace, we are committed to protecting the rights of our valued customers and ensuring clarity regarding all order details and agreed specifications. The following terms and conditions apply to the execution of all orders:

1. Company Responsibility

Valencia Palace assumes full responsibility in the event that the company fails to comply with the specifications agreed upon and approved by the customer, including:

1. Failure to deliver the order using the agreed and approved fabric quality.
2. Failure to deliver the order in the agreed and approved color.
3. Failure to deliver the order within the agreed delivery time.
4. Failure to deliver the order according to the agreed quality and specifications.

2. Customer Selection and Approval

The customer is responsible for selecting and approving the model, color, design, style, and any other details related to the order.

If the customer is not satisfied with the model, color, design, or style that was selected and approved by them, the company shall not be held responsible, and the customer remains obligated to pay the full agreed order value.

The customer’s approval of the model, color, or design shall be considered final and explicit approval of the selected specifications. A change of preference after approval shall not be considered a failure or breach by the company.

3. Handling of Complaints and Disputes

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding the order, the matter shall be referred to the Management of Valencia Palace for review and assessment based on the order details and the agreed and approved specifications.

If, following the management’s review, it is determined that there has been a failure by the company to comply with the agreed specifications, the company shall refund the full amount paid by the customer.

However, if the management confirms that there has been no failure or negligence on the part of the company, and that the order has been completed in accordance with the agreed and approved specifications, the customer shall be obligated to pay the full remaining outstanding balance.

4. Customer Approval and Acknowledgment

The customer’s approval of the order and the agreed specifications shall constitute an acknowledgment that the customer has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Approval of the order shall also constitute the customer’s explicit acceptance of all details and specifications agreed upon between both parties.
